Service A – Popup wedding pricing (subject to change): Any quotes that have been issued to customers prior to this announcement will be honoured.
Popup Wedding 2.5 hours coverage (30 images) | $350 |
A popup wedding typically consists of (30 images):
■ images of the bride prior to the ceremony
■ images of the groom prior to the ceremony if time permits
■ images of the ceremony
■ group images post ceremony
■ images of the bride & groom post ceremony
■ images of the bride & groom with cake + toasts + 1st dance
Popup weddings typically occur at a fast pace and must be planned in advance which requires coordination prior to the day of the wedding. Please plan ahead to provide time to discuss your location, photo ideas, groupings, and lists as a minimum 2 week in advance.
Coverage includes main photographer and 2nd photographer/assistant. Depending on location there may be additional fees due to travel expenses.
All final images will be provided in digital format in two formats; 1. low resolution FHD 1920px x 1080px @72dpi watermarked for sharing on social media (due to the low price we are offering this method helps us promote our business) 2. Crop that best suits the image as 8″x8″ or 8″x10″ or 8″x12″ @300dpi size for printing (no watermark). Final digital images will be delivered via a private Shootproof Gallery folder link. The images will be held for up to 3 months after the delivery date.
The delivery for the images will take 3-4 weeks from the wedding date. We also try to provide 2-4 images within three days after the wedding for you to share on social media.
For payment, we require a non-refundable $87.50 (25%) down to book the date, first come first served basis, this covers the situation of a cancellation. The remaining balance $262.50 payment is due 3 days prior to the wedding date. All payments would be via e-transfer to payment@dibphoto.ca.
If you would like to book an engagement session once you have booked your Popup Wedding and have paid your up front booking fee, the cost would be $75 which is a 25% discount off our regular $100 engagement session pricing.

If you have any special requirements which fall outside of what is listed, we can discuss the pricing to meet your requirements. An engagement session is included with the wedding booking once down payment is made.

Prints are available of your images in any size or format (luster paper, photo board, canvas etc…); price is the cost from the photo lab of our choice plus $25 admin fee per order. Bulk rates are available upon request.
The number of images delivered will depend on our selections and the final images will be digitally processed using our current post processing standards. For a typical small wedding with full coverage the number of images delivered can range from 70 to 200 images. For the low price provided for full coverage the maximum number of images will not exceed 200. If you decide on less coverage please understand the maximum number of images will be less.
Of the final images if there are ones you would like in larger sizes, we will be more than happy to provide the appropriate size in digital format free of charge.

The delivery of the Book option will take an additional 4 weeks (2 weeks to layout and 2 weeks for delivery). The book option has to be chosen up front for the price quoted.
Example 1: If you choose all options outlined above the price would be $1300 for the Wedding coverage, plus $250 for the photo booth, plus $250 for the book totalling $1800.
Example 2: If you decide to choose less coverage to only include the First Look + Ceremony + Group + Reception the total cost for those selections for your wedding coverage would be $900.
In any case, our minimum fee for the minimum amount of coverage is $800 such as Ceremony + Group + Reception.
